چکیده
We analyze the two-orbital (with $d_{x^2-y^2}$ and $d_{3z^2-r^2}$ orbitals) analogue of $t$-$J$-$U$ model as applied to description copper-oxide monolayer deposited on Bi$_2$Sr$_2$CaCu$_2$O$_{8+\delta}$ substrate (CuO$_2$/BSCCO). show, that an $extended$ $s$-$wave$ superconducting dome appears in heavily hole overdoped regime model, with dominant contribution pairing coming from orbitals. Also, lower critical doping for appearance SC state concurs Lifshitz Transition after which hole-like Fermi pockets are created around $M$ points Brillouin zone. The obtained results accord recent experimental result [cf. Y. Zhong et al., Sci. Bull. 61, 1239 (2016)]. An analogous two-band is also analyzed context Ba$_2$CuO$_{4-y}$ bulk compound, where hole-overdoped situation believed be reached W. M. Li al. PNAS 116, 12156 (2019)]. As we a two structure can realized such system $d$- symmetries gap corresponding low hole-doping cases, respectively.

Direct search for a ferromagnetic phase in a heavily overdoped nonsuperconducting copper oxide.
The doping of charge carriers into the CuO(2) planes of copper oxide Mott insulators causes a gradual destruction of antiferromagnetism and the emergence of high-temperature superconductivity. Optimal superconductivity is achieved at a doping concentration p beyond which further increases in doping cause a weakening and eventual disappearance of superconductivity. A potential explanation for th...
متن کاملVerification of d-wave pairing symmetry by microwave intermodulation distortion measurements in yttrium barium copper oxide
We report measurements of the temperature and power dependence of the microwave frequency intermodulation distortion (IMD) in high quality pulsed laser deposition (PLD) Yttrium Barium Copper Oxide (YBCO) on LaAlO 3 substrate. A low-temperature (T < 30 K) increase in IMD is the observation of an upturn of the nonlinear coefficient of the quadratic field dependence of the penetration depth. This ...
متن کاملSuperconducting phase with a chiral f-wave pairing symmetry and Majorana fermions induced in a hole-doped semiconductor.
We show that a chiral (f+if)-wave superconducting pairing may be induced in the lowest heavy hole band of a hole-doped semiconductor thin film through proximity contact with an s-wave superconductor. The chirality of the pairing originates from the 3π Berry phase accumulated for a heavy hole moving along a close path on the Fermi surface. There exist three chiral gapless Majorana edge states, i...
متن کاملSearch for ferromagnetic order in overdoped copper-oxide superconductors
In copper-oxides that show high-temperature superconductivity (HTS), the critical temperature (Tc) has a dome-shaped doping dependence. The cause of demise of both Tc and superfluid density ns on the overdoped side is a major puzzle. A recent study of transport and diamagnetism in a large number of overdoped La2-xSrxCuO4 (LSCO) films shows that this cannot be accounted for by disorder within th...
متن کاملd-wave pairing symmetry in cuprate superconductors
Phase-sensitive tests of pairing symmetry have provided strong evidence for predominantly d-wave pairing symmetry in both the holeand electron-doped high-Tc cuprate superconductors. Temperature dependent measurements in YBa2Cu3O7−δ (YBCO) indicate that the d-wave pairing dominates, with little if any imaginary component, at all temperatures from 0.5K through Tc. In this article we review some o...
